Either Margaret’s nickname was “Mary” or Isaac Sr. married his first wife’s sister, Mary Goffe. Mary Goffe Arnold signed her will in King George County, VA on March 4, 1775. Her husband was already dead. Executors of the will are friends John Thornby Sr. and Baldwin BERRY. The Goffe family was a neighbor of Anthony Arnold in New Kent Co., VA.

Rest equally divided between my daughters Elizabeth and Jemimah except
Jemimah is to pay Elizabeth 10 £.
