Executors Jointly wife Margaret and Son Robert;
Witnesses William Gosset, Thomas Riley, Morgan Morgan;


I Thomas Rees of Frederick County, Virginia, bequesth to grandson Gideon, the eldest son of my eldest son Henry, decd, 3 shillings sterling, having already given Henry his share. To my son Robert -- the house and plantation after the decease of his mother; to my wife Margaret, the dwelling house, plantation, all movable estate for her lifetime; to my son Robert the remainder of my movable estate after the death of my wife Margaret, for I have already given my eldest sons their share of land and property; to my son Solomon 5 lb paid out of movable estate after death of his mother; to these daughters Isaac [Jane?] Nesize [Moon?], Margaret Rees, and Mary Brakson 5 lb each to be paid after the death of their mother. His mark, Thomas TR Rees. Codicil written April 5, 1783, To my son Robert -- land in Chester Town, Chester Co, Pennsylvania, being 3 acres, buildings, and improvements.
